Order Processing:
- Shipping: Files are sent to the provided e-mail address immediately after the payment is credited (we do not send digital content cash on delivery / before payment).
- Verification: All ordered files are manually verified and matched by our technicians according to your order.
- Priority: Orders are processed chronologically, in the order they are received.
- Processing Time: On business days, files are usually sent within a few minutes. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended up to a maximum of 24 business hours.
Important Technical Information (Read Before Purchase):
- Compatibility: All files have a precise description – you will receive exactly the file listed in the offer title.
- Originality: We sell original/stock files. They do not contain any tuning modifications (unless the offer states otherwise).
- File Size: File size may vary depending on the device used to read it (e.g., Kess, K-Tag, Galletto). The same dump can be 512 kB, 1024 kB, or 2048 kB. This is perfectly normal. If your file has a different size – simply import the contents of our file into your read (offset).
- Technical Support: If you cannot adjust the file size yourself (import it) – we will help! Send us your read file, and we will prepare the purchased original to fit your device free of charge.
- Format: We do not offer a complete BDM read (backup). You will receive a single dump file (usually MPC or FLS), without the EPROM file.
Right of Withdrawal:
You are purchasing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By law and our terms of service, once we send the file to your email, you lose the right of withdrawal (refund) because the service has been fully performed.
