Autotuner Master

AutoTuner Master is an advanced device designed for professional tuners, workshops and dealers specialising in the modification of engine control unit (ECU) and transmission control unit (TCU) software. Thanks to its versatility, speed of operation and lack of subscription fees, it offers a comprehensive solution in the field of tuning.

The Master version gives you full access to .bin files (ECU/TCU binary files). This means that, provided you have the appropriate software (e.g. Winols or StageX), you can edit the files yourself, collaborate with us at ECUPORTAL, or commission any external company to do so.

This programmer will allow you, amongst other things, to:

Read original maps from the control unit
Create backups of the original software before making modifications. Update or restore the controller to its factory software (if a VR file or Update File is available)
Recalculate the checksum and save the modified bin files. This allows for any modifications to ECU/TCU controllers to increase AdBlue/EGR/DPF power or optimise gearbox operation.
Perform diagnostics under load (so-called dynamic logging), e.g. to verify key engine operating parameters before and after modification.

Versatile communication: Supports three main methods of communication with the ECU and features a built-in data logger:

Data logger: This is a software module that allows real-time data collection and analysis from the vehicle, whilst driving or on a dynamometer.

It enables real-time viewing of parameters such as:
- boost pressure,
- fuel pressure and fuel injection,
- ignition timing,
- AFR values (air-fuel ratio),
- exhaust gas temperature, intake air temperature, coolant temperature,
- engine speed, torque, vehicle speed, sensor statuses (lambda, MAP, MAF, EGR, etc.).

Log recording: data can be saved and analysed later using dedicated tuning software.
Diagnostics and testing: problem detection (e.g. turbo overloading, lean mixture, drop in fuel pressure).
Tuning verification: after changing the map in the ECU, the tuner can check whether everything is working correctly and whether the engine is operating within safe parameters.
No subscription fees: Following a one-off purchase, users receive lifetime access to software updates and new protocols, eliminating additional running costs.
