How the order is processed
- Upload the source file. Use the product form and provide complete vehicle, engine, ECU, read-tool and read-method information.

- File-specific work. Only the agreed function is processed. An ambiguous or unsupported variant is held for manual review instead of receiving an unrelated generic solution.
- Delivery and validation. The completed file is returned through the order workflow. Program it with suitable equipment, clear obsolete faults and validate the vehicle with diagnostics and logs.
Required information
Specify the exact sensor, all fault codes, measured values and exhaust configuration.
Technical requirement: Always retain a verified backup of the original read. A partial, corrupt or incorrectly identified file may require a new read before processing.
Responsible use and limits: Sensor, wiring, mixture and exhaust leaks must be diagnosed first. Road-use legality must be confirmed locally. The purchaser is responsible for the vehicle condition, lawful use, correct programming procedure and final validation.
Turnaround: Standard processing is normally completed within the service hours shown on the website when the file and technical information are complete. Unusual software variants or manual calibration may require additional confirmation.
