DPF particulate-filter calibration service — Trucks
Processes supported diesel particulate-filter monitoring and regeneration strategies for controlled, lawful applications. This product is prepared for Trucks and is processed against the exact uploaded ECU or TCU file.
What the service includes
- file-specific DPF strategy identification
- targeted monitoring/regeneration calibration where supported
- diagnostic-code and output-integrity verification
How the order is processed
- Upload the source file. Use the product form and provide complete vehicle, engine, ECU, read-tool and read-method information.
- Identification and verification. We check file integrity, ECU family, available SW/HW identifiers and compatibility with the requested service.
- File-specific work. Only the agreed function is processed. An ambiguous or unsupported variant is held for manual review instead of receiving an unrelated generic solution.
- Delivery and validation. The completed file is returned through the order workflow. Program it with suitable equipment, clear obsolete faults and validate the vehicle with diagnostics and logs.
Required information
Provide pressure, temperature and soot-load diagnostics, all DTCs and confirmation of the mechanical condition of the exhaust system.
Technical requirement: Always retain a verified backup of the original read. A partial, corrupt or incorrectly identified file may require a new read before processing.
Responsible use and limits: This service does not repair a damaged filter, sensor or exhaust. Public-road emissions compliance remains the customer’s responsibility. The purchaser is responsible for the vehicle condition, lawful use, correct programming procedure and final validation.
Turnaround: Standard processing is normally completed within the service hours shown on the website when the file and technical information are complete. Unusual software variants or manual calibration may require additional confirmation.
