Custom Stage 3 calibration — Moto / Quads
A manual, project-specific calibration workflow for substantially modified engines and drivetrains. This product is prepared for Moto / Quads and is processed against the exact uploaded ECU or TCU file.
What the service includes
- technical review before work is accepted
- calibration prepared around the declared turbo, injectors, fuel system and engine hardware
- iterative log or dyno review where agreed
How the order is processed
- Upload the source file. Use the product form and provide complete vehicle, engine, ECU, read-tool and read-method information.
- Identification and verification. We check file integrity, ECU family, available SW/HW identifiers and compatibility with the requested service.
- File-specific work. Only the agreed function is processed. An ambiguous or unsupported variant is held for manual review instead of receiving an unrelated generic solution.
- Delivery and validation. The completed file is returned through the order workflow. Program it with suitable equipment, clear obsolete faults and validate the vehicle with diagnostics and logs.
Required information
A complete build specification, target, fuel, transmission limits and professional logs are mandatory.
Technical requirement: Always retain a verified backup of the original read. A partial, corrupt or incorrectly identified file may require a new read before processing.
Responsible use and limits: This is not an automatic generic file. Scope, delivery time and achievable output require individual confirmation. The purchaser is responsible for the vehicle condition, lawful use, correct programming procedure and final validation.
Turnaround: Standard processing is normally completed within the service hours shown on the website when the file and technical information are complete. Unusual software variants or manual calibration may require additional confirmation.
